Hello Jeffrey - I have lived on the beach and near the beach in my life.  I feel most fortunate to be able to report that each home had a garage which proved so beneficial.  Parking is always limited, so a dedicated space has some extra positive aspects.  Plus the ocean is not be the best friend to a vehicle.  Good luck as you market this Cocoa Beach oceanfront three bedroom condo with a garage.

It seems like a great price for so much condo, and right on the beach too!  From the pictures it looks like it's ground floor, which is nice for some people.
