The Space Coast Beach Blog: Restaurant Review: Paisley Vegan Kitchen in Melbourne, FL

Restaurant Review: Paisley Vegan Kitchen in Melbourne, FL

Paisley Vegan Kitchen is a new health conscious Vegan lunch/dinner option here on the Florida Space Coast. The Melbourne location is actually the second area restaurant (the original is in Cocoa).

The menu is designed around sandwiches, salads, bowls and entrees. The options are fairly extensive for a vegan restaurant and include Quinoa Rice Bowls, Chicken & Waffles (not really chicken, lol), Lasagna Rollatini, Baked Ziti, BBQ Pulled Jackfruit and much more.

We tried the French Dip Sandwich and the BBQ Pulled Jackfruit. The French Dip uses portobello mushrooms (in place of sliced beef), onions and garlic sauce. The dip is spot au jus (how do they make it without beef broth?). The BBQ Pulled Jackfruit tastes like wonderful pulled pork. The waitress said it is a best seller...I can taste why!

Entrees run from under $10 to about $15. The Melbourne location is also able to make delicious French Fries (they do not have the fry capability in Cocoa...this is a big bonus). Once you eat at Paisley Vegan Kitchen you may wonder why you ever chose to eat meat in the first place!

Paisley Vegan Kitchen in Melbourne, FL is located at 2447 N. Wickham Rd about a mile north of Eau Gallie Blvd on the corner of Wickham and Lake Washington.

Jeffrey,

Nice review of Paisley Vegan.  I would be willing to try it, although we are by no means vegan oriented.  We are always open to new experiences.  A

We are always looking for healthy eating estalishments. We eat that way at home, so we like to dine out in that manner too. This would be a good one to check out. D

Paisley Vegan Kitchen sounds really yummy and I would try both of those items too... and the fries!  It seems more and more people are interested in eating less meat these days.
